The room was typical - there seems to be recently updated bathrooms. Breakfast was OK - not stellar, not terrible. It was the same foods everyday. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffler maker, bagels, toast, mini muffins, coffe, orange juice, yogurt. Best thing I would say is that there is coffee and water in lobby all day.

Though not a fancy hotel, a very good hotel. They allowed cats, which is rare and much appreciated. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. If there was a question or an issue, it was remedied within 2 minutes or less. The free breakfast was better than most. Coffee any time of day. The cleaning staff was abundant, very friendly and on top of everything! I was very happy with my stay and will certainly be back.

Our stay was very good, as we were awakening early to ensure we got downtown in enough time to enjoy an event at Seattle Opera. Since we're very "old school," it took awhile to get familiar with the "modern conveniences" of our room. I should point out that, although the whiteness of the bathroom is lovely, you all need to have grab bars of some sort in the bathtub/shower area. As one gets older, the feeling of "white out" can take over and make one feel a bit dizzy in all that white! The breakfast downstairs was great. However, while curling my hair upstairs, the in-room coffee was awful. (We've experienced that recently on a trip we took to the Midwest.) Do something different with that coffee! Other than that, we had a nice, relaxing sleep and got to our destination on Wednesday morning on time!

Staff were great; room was not. Shower/tub leaked and dripped all night. The toilet flushing was incredibly loud and the bathroom door squeaked horribly. We couldn't flush the toilet or close the bathroom door when someone was sleeping (and we're not light sleepers). It was great that the light rail was walkable.

We had a great stay. The staff was outstanding, starting with the young lady who prior to our arrival found the missing footrest for their wheelchair so that we were able to use theirs and did not have to bring our own. Our room was really comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast buffet was great and included several hot options.
