I dont think this place actually exists. Dont return emails or phone calls, no actual street address exists as far as I can tell, and mapquest will direct you to a park directly adjacent to the African American Museum if you try to drive to this "guesthouse". Its a scam. Stay away! *Expedia intervened and quickly found us an alternative reservation, so we didnt end up without a place to sleep that night. Kudos to Expedias customer Care professionals!

This guesthouse is a bunch of rooms, a common kitchen, with locks on their doors, but it seems one key opens all doors (at least our neighbor's key opened our door and our private bathroom). We arrived at 5:30pm, tried to follow instructions, we were the wrong code for the lockbox, couldn't get a key. tried to connect with management thru phone, text message, and whatsapp, no answer for over an hour. we booked another place, and hope to get a refund and some form of compensation.

We were not provided the exact address from the get go..the cab driver who took me to the property was even confused because of this.i had to pay extra also because of it..ive always had good experiences wd reserving a place and im sorry but this is by far the worst experience!!

Easy and convenient to walk in and out with the directions the property manager sent ahead of time! I was staying in one clean, quiet room but it seemed like the majority of the other rooms were rented out by one party, who were maybe surprised to see me there and expecting to have the place to themselves. They went to bed at a reasonable hour, but it was certainly noisy for a while in the evening. For the most part, a smooth and convenient stay near the excellent food of the international district, plus easy safe parking and a comfortable bed.
