Horrible place. Super small rooms. One tiny elevator for 1000s of people. A/C unit not properly functioning, toilet clogged and shiiz all over the floor and had to change rooms. Worst experience ever!! Definitely going online to TRUTH it up all over the inter

Hotel has charm - and a feee beer hour featuring local brews. Our A/C was on the blink but with cool weather worked well as a fan. Biggest knock is the single, slow, small elevator. It seems clear - based on the dirt in the side of the doors - that the second elevator has been out of commission for a long time. You could easily lose a half hour or more trying to exit at checkout if the hotel was full. This is too big of a flaw for a quality hotel this size.

Elevators are so small that they back up very quickly. Room with records and record player...record player would turn on but the needle to play was gone. Tv remote hardly worked. Lobby was cool. Overall not the worst room. But wasnt really special by any means.

Awesome place to stay.

Stayed for on night waiting to get on a cruise ship the next day. The customer service was excellent, staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. If ever in Seattle again I would definitely stay there again.
