Brilliant

A slight wait for check in due to work function choking up the reception area. One into the room - wow! We were lucky to get level 29 (top floor) Fabulous views and a spacious comfortable room. Great shower and amenities. Great blackout blinds. We had lounge access which was great for for a quiet drink after the baseball. Breakfast in the lounge was excellent. Recommended

Great room amenities incl. the heated toilet with bidet function. Loved the real creamer and good coffee rather than the creamer powder and a non-name coffee brand. Room was very clean and large - loved the view over the city and the Space Needle from the room! Good customer service. Appreciated the email prior to coming with details about the train from SeaTac, as well as the check-out time of 12 noon.

I loved the staff and property. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was my interaction with Taylor at the front desk on Friday morning. I called FD because WiFi would not work on my laptop and her tone wasn’t friendly, I felt like I was bothering her. Due to the issue not resolved, I went down with my laptop to see if she could help, she told me she will have one of her engineer look into it and she would call me once he gets here. Never received a call, I had to take a 2 hour work video call on my phone. That wasn’t a good experience. Everybody else was super nice. Sadly, hospitality isn’t for everyone.

Service was very good , room was nice except hair on bed and in bathtub. Had to pay early check- in, which was okay until we found food still in fridge, bathroom a little dirty ( hair) and dirty counters. Went to restaurant next afternoon, waiter was nice, but got us some water and then never came back! Sat there for over 20 minutes while he spoke to the only other 2 people there at the bar, waited a few minutes more then got up and left ,he just wat he’d us go.

Adding lounge access with the room was very worth it. During check-in, I was told to sign a "pet" policy for the service animal that my veteran fiancé has, which was strange, but I was too tired to correct them. Also, only one of the two elevators connecting to the parking lot were working. At least all the elevators that connect the hotel rooms to the lobby/ground level worked fine.
