The stay at the Coast was very good, I would recommend it to my family and friends. There were a couple of small items that need attention, the faucet in the sink dripped constantly. The breakfast room menu exceeded my expectation. Thank you

The check-in was great and staff were friendly. The restaurant is convenient and was good. The room was an upgrade but some of the paneling was coming off, there was a bidet on the toilet in the bathroom which would’ve been nice if it were functional. The A/C I’m not sure was working or if it was it wasn’t strong enough to keep the room cool enough for me. The view was great. I’m glad the upgrade was free though.

There was a miscommunication between the booking site we used and the hotel. The front desk staff asked us to have a seat in the comfortable lobby while they swiftly resolved the situation. Unexpected glitches happen regularly during travels and how these snafus are handled reflect the true measure of an establishment. Coast Seattle Downtown Hotel passed this test with flying color.
