Check-in was quick and easy. I ordered a standard room but they upgraded me and put me in a superior room instead, no complaints there, however there was a ciggarete burn hole in the blanket and the shower struggled to turn on. I checked every inch of the room for bed bugs or cockroaches and didnt find any. AC unit is very loud and dirty but definitely works fine. A very loud truck turned on outside and was revving the engine for about 5 minutes but that isnt the property or staffs fault, I just turned on the loud AC and that was good enough to block it out 😂

Had to stay because of the bomb cyclone power outage. $120 after taxes for a double bed. Place was quaint, pretty quiet and clean. Higher ceilings made for more space and as it’s not a new and updated place it was quite a pleasant little place near a bunch of food/downtown and freeways. Check in and out was simple and front desk was kind.

The property managers were amazing and worked with me. I really appreciate their willingness to accommodate my needs. I pre booked the room and missed an important little print. The mangers still allowed me to keep the room and our stay was perfect.

The pictures of a full oven/ fridge/ sink was actually a mini fridge and microwave went I got to the room. Walls paper thin and was kept up all night by other peoples TV. No kleenex, hair dryer and linens were stained. Staff was nice just a dump.

This hotel was the last one available in the area when all flights were grounded at Seattle Airport during the CrowdStrike outage. The hotel price gouged their regular prices. We paid over $400 for an overnight stay in one room. The hotel is dirty. The towels had visible dirt on them so we could not even take a shower. The area is unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It’s very seedy. Do not go here alone!
