Our first room smelled AWFUL — distinctly like sweat, and didn’t look much like the pictures. The staff was very nice however and switched us to a different room which was much cleanlier and generally better.

Dirty bathroom, linen has stain. You ask to clean the room for the whole time of our stay no one clean our room and replace our linens. And everytime we request from the frontdesk they just say they will send housekeeper. Bad service at all. 😡

Let me start by saying the only reason i gave this place 2 stars is the young lady from Dallas that was operating the front desk at checkin was absolutely amazing and so sweet . That being said, I didnt get the room I reserved. I still got charged the same rate. Never saw housekeeping. Tv was so snowy i couldnt watch it. I didnt even jave a trash can and they didnt get me one even after multiple requests. I will never stay here again and would recommend that Noone else does either.

Ripped off due to double charge for deposit.

Check in was quick and easy and they scanned my credit card for the deposit on the room. We had already paid for the room in full upon booking. But they charged us one hundred upon check-in I guess to cover the cost of any possible theft from the room, etc. Usually in cases like this we always get the deposit money refunded the next day because obviously we did not steal any sheets or towels etc. Instead of refunding me the hundred dollars the next day they went on to charge me an additional hundred dollars the day after we checked out. I will be contacting my bank immediately to stop this. This is something that makes me never want to use a OYO hotel again.

Guy who checked us in was nice enough. Room was in very poor condition. Floor boards were warped, sound on the old tv kept going in and out, tub was patched, shower curtain was tattered. The second bed was missing and there were no chairs or table to sit at in all the empty space. Very disappointed in the accommodations.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights and we were not very happy with our stay. When we first checked in the front desk clerk was very helpful and even gave us some really good non-tourist things to do. The hot water was amazing and never ran out which was great especially being from AZ and not used to the cold. After that it went down hill. The staff never cleaned our room, or gave us new towels, or even restocked the toilet paper without us asking for it. After three days we had to ask for toilet paper and our trash to be taken out just to find out that we had to remove our own trash. Even though there were no additional trash bags to put back in the trash cans.
