The location was great being right off the interstate and still close to Seattle. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The lobby was clean and a nice homey atmosphere. My only complaint was I had to wait 20 minutes for any employee to show up at the front desk to check in. We arrived on a holiday and the front desk gentleman claimed there was no staff working but him. He was nice and helpful but that was poor planning by the hotel management. The gentleman claimed he had to go room by room to see what was clean and what was dirty because there were no house maids and his computer system didn’t show him which rooms were unoccupied the night before. He claimed that’s where he was for the 20 minutes we waited in the lobby for someone to help us. We called and texted the hotel to no avail. The hotel was a ghost town until the gentleman finally showed up. Holiday or not, we booked a month in advance so they should have known of our arrival and had a room ready for us. The gentleman was helpful once he showed up but we were not pleased with the check in process. The rest of the experience was good and the rooms were nice for the price point.

Front desk staff were helpful. Breakfast room: ran out of food by 8:50am. Split remaining scrambled eggs with another guest. They were out of bacon, potatoes and waffle batter. Asked the breakfast staff and they didn't seem to care. Tip: go early for breakfast.

Room was OK, somewhat worn (missing handle on sink, loud drains), 3 towels for 4 guests. No electric vehicle charging, although a "charge" for parking that was not clear on Expedia (or small print). A little noisy by the freeway. Breakfast was well above par. Fresh, real OJ, and generous set of options and open times. Quick check in and out, so all positives there.

The outside and the lobby looks great. The room was not great just fine. There was a humming and thudding sound the whole time we were there from underneath the sink, which at first didn’t mind until we were trying to sleep we could hear it louder and it took me a while to go to sleep.
