Beautiful townhome in the heart of Seattle! Perfect for a business trip, getaway, or staycation. Travel nurses-there are four hospitals within a three mile radius!

Built in 2012, this 1200 sq ft townhome in the Central District has been well maintained by its original and only owner. You will have quick access to downtown, the International District, and Lake Washington by car, bike, or bus (bus stop across the street). Here for a sporting event? You will be less than two miles away from T-Mobile Park and Lumen Field. Plenty of amazing restaurants nearby, feel free to contact me for recommendations.

LIVING AREA
After a day downtown, or at the office, relax in the main living area with a glass of wine or hot cocoa. Watch your favorite shows from the large TV and enjoy the foliage as you unwind.
