If the weather’s nice, start your day on your private balcony with a cup of coffee (of course), enjoying the sweeping views of the city skyline. If you’re making breakfast, the well-equipped kitchen offers all the amenities you need. Now it’s time to head out and explore the city. Will it be a day shopping, at a museum, exploring the waterfront, or perhaps the Space Needle? If you're sticking closer to home, you've got access to a shared pool, hot tub, and fitness center on site. We had an exceptional stay at this building. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the reception was fantastic. We were able to conveniently store our packages at the front desk and retrieve them anytime, which was a huge plus. As locals who’ve been out of our home for three months due to a flood, logistics are crucial to me right now. However, the 24-hour front desk went above and beyond to assist us. They even sent groceries to our door late at night, which made us feel safe and comfortable, even though we were in a high-rise in downtown. The security here is top-notch, which is reassuring.I’m currently staying in a different building, and the difference is quite stark. Book now!The unit itself was clean, but I needed it, so it was easy to keep it spotless. If you’re planning a long-term stay, you’ll find everything you need, including a Dyson vacuum. There were two open-style doors from the bedroom and living room that led to the balcony, which we didn’t use because we were there during a severe storm with strong winds and heavy rain. While we weren’t there to unwind, my dog enjoyed looking out the windows, which helped him move around while we were in chaos and it was dark. The view of all the buildings, neighbors’ lights, and trees was breathtaking.The noise level was typical of the city in a high-rise. The wind howls up high, so if you visit during winter, be prepared for the natural sounds of the city. However, I’ll definitely be back!

Extended stay in convenient location

This location has everything you need for an extended stay. Great WiFi, comfortable furniture, stocked kitchen, and plenty of space. The in-unit laundry and other amenities at the complex were great. The location can't be beat in terms of convenience and proximity to fun sights and restaurants. Overall great experience. I would stay again.

Great Location

We were looking to stay near Pike Place Market and it’s just a few minute walk from there, if not less, so it was perfect! My fiancé and I planned to cook a few meals in to save some money and the kitchen was well stocked with the pots/pans, and utensils to do so. You don’t have a problem walking, it’s near enough to the Space Needle and the piers to do so, but we also had a rental to drive other places if we didn’t feel like walking and so the parking space was a plus. There’s heating but no A/C, which wasn’t a problem since we stayed here in late October, so we could crack the doors open for cool air. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

This place was an amazing stay for our week long vacation. Had great views of the city, one of THE comfiest beds, and lots of amenities! The location was right behind Pikes Place market, so it was very convenient to walking almost anywhere and there were tons of cute bars and restaurants near by! Throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Fabulous Location

The location is fabulous. The apartment had everything we needed for 2 people. We recommend taking the Link light rail from the airport and using public transportation throughout your stay. Between walking and using the Link or Monorail, you are able to see all the special places that Seattle has to offer. At the end of the day, it is nice to come back and sit on your private balcony for a drink and recap of your day and then go to the 4th floor to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub.

It’s the views for me 😍

This stay has stunning views and watching the sunset over the bay from the 4th floor deck is a treat. We spent the bulk of our stay on the balcony. You are RIGHT in the middle of all the action. Pikes is right behind you, target below you, middle of the city, lots of restaurants, shopping and people watching. Do bear in mind this is downtown. Be safe, alert and aware when exploring. 3rd ave is just up the road and not a place you want to be alone. Noise could be a con for some but we love the city life so it wasn’t an issue for us but their complimentary ear plugs were empty so come prepared if you like a quiet sleep. Also speaking of coming prepared. Check to see how much toilet paper is there upon arrival. We had to go and purchase some as there was only one roll. While the bathroom was not adequately stocked the kitchen was with plenty of cups, dishes and cooking utensils. Kitchen and bathroom were clean but overall cleanliness was a concern. The rugs in the unit are extremely stained even though it’s posted to remove shoes. We preferred to keep socks on when walking around. The bedding for the pull out had food (red ketchup like) stains. And the main comforter in the bedroom had a yellowish stain. (We were told our cleaning fee will be refunded so staff is responsive) Overall we enjoyed our stay. My girlfriend and I stayed here and everything was amazing! Location is around the corner from Pike Place and right above a target, price is reasonable, apartment is super clean and has everything you could need (washer and dryer too!), decor was nice, and there was access to the pool and JACUZZI 👏👏 Would definitely stay here again : )

ABSOLUTELY loved this space! Great location right in the heart of the action. Target was so close as was Pikes Market. It was really nice to be greeted warmly and quickly shown all the aspects of the building and unit. The rooms were nicely decorated and everything was spotlessly cleaned. Total comfort. We really enjoyed the large TVs and all the channels we had access to while we relaxed. We also found the washer and dryer very convenient. We made some food and found the kitchen delightful. Everything you need is right there. The building was secure and concierges where chipper and helpful at all times we interacted. Parking was easy and great to have for our adventures. The balcony was neat although it was a bit chilly for use while we were there. Everything was perfect and we appreciate being able to rent such a great spot for all of our Seattle adventures. We will be back! :)
