Not only is EdgewoodCove unique in it's location (beach access just steps away) and design; it's unlike any offering in Seaside. Privacy and serenity will greet you here in a pristine and clean environment both inside & out. The property backs up to a gorgeous golf course landscape with no houses visible and views of the Ocean and Saddleback Mountain in the distance.

EdgewoodCove is a newly refreshed open concept 3 bedroom house (each with luxurious premium queen mattresses) with 2 additional bonus pull out (queen size) sleeping areas in family and living room & two small single sleeping alcoves. One additional full size sleeper is available in a bedroom for families with small children (all linens, pillows & towels included). Sleeps 10 at full capacity.

The 3 spacious bathrooms are fresh, clean & modern with gorgeous lighting and plumbing fixtures in a spa-like setting. We provide plenty of luxury towels, soap & shampoo/conditioner. We clean with environmentally conscious cleaners, and our goal is to meet or exceed the cleanliness of a 4-star hotel. You'll find eco-friendly updates such as dual flush toilets, dimmable LED bulbs throughout, and high-efficiency appliances including a state-of-the-art washer/dryer.

The fully stocked kitchen is set up for entertaining up to 12 with KitchenAid stainless appliances and grill off one of three gorgeous decks; literally anything you need to prepare a 5-course experience. Full barware and separate family room bar setup w/ sink. Guests have full use of fine wine (2 sizes), martini, champagne, shot, beer, and cognac glasses as well as decanters/chillers. For those of you with little ones, please enjoy the use of our pack-n-play and highchair.

You'll enjoy singing birds, views of mountains, sea, and trees, all while hearing the ocean roar. It’s always a pleasure to breath the fresh sea air that constantly refreshes and cools the house during warm Summer days. The beach is right out your door so go ahead and use our beach equipment to hang out on the beach, cook around a campfire, or just soak in the raw natural beauty that The Cove in Seaside has to offer.

Whale watching, surfing, sea kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, amazing hiking on Tillamook Head, and shopping are literally within minutes distance of our location. For indoor entertainment, you can enjoy board game options, and watch movies on standard spectrum channels on either of the large LED flat-screen TVs.

The house features soaring vaulted ceilings with tons of natural light coming in through over 30 windows & skylights. You'll enjoy stunning views in every direction while cozying up in an entertainer's dream living room. Enjoy time with family and friends in a separate large family room that features a game table, sofa & lounge seating. EdgewoodCove is one of the finest properties in Seaside due to its finishes, furnishings, and we are proud to present a multitude of artwork throughout the home. Entertaining is a pleasure with our fully stocked kitchen and multiple furnished decks.

Walk 3 minutes across the street for beach access at The Cove where you can enjoy long walks, beach fires, surfing, swimming, kayaking, and sunbathing. Seaside center is a 5-minute drive and you can be in Cannon Beach in 10 minutes. EdgewoodCove is located 90 minutes from Portland and 25 minutes from Astoria.

We offer high-speed free wi-fi, a full cable channel lineup on 2 large flat-screen TVs, and premium linens. For guests with little children, we offer a pack-n-play and highchair for your use.

You can rent bicycles at a great local shop nearby for sightseeing, rides on the Prom, or to go shopping at a variety of interesting neighborhood shops.

We'll do our best to make your stay and beach activities as uncomplicated and pleasant as possible.

CONDITIONS
a. Pets are not permitted in rental units unless specifically approved along with $60 per pet fee.
b. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and started.
d. A load of towels is started on departure.
e. All keys are left according to instructions.
f. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
g. No linens are lost or damaged.
h. NO late check-out (extensions may be granted for an hourly fee)
i. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
