We had a lovely stay at Coastal River. The room was spacious and comfortable. We also had a kitchenette, and while we brought some of our own cooking stuff, there were also pots and pans, cutlery, and stuff we could have used (and did) during our stay. The bed was comfy, the room was warm, but not too hot (temperature control, it was so nice most of the stay we had the heat turned off). The room also had extra toiletries and stuff for our stay, but we were able to request more when needed (we stayed for 5 days). The staff was friendly, and helpful. Only issue are the keycards, but those were quickly and easily solved. The location is perfect! We like to walk, so we were able to get to the beach and the shop area very easily. Our dog also was very comfortable in the room and seemed to enjoy her stay ^^ All in all, this was a great trip and we would not only recommend this hotel, but we would also stay here again ourselves if/when we come back to Seaside. I also like the holiday lights. It was really pretty in the evenings, and everything was very well lit so we could see where we were going at all times.

It is good but showing wear and tear. Check in strange and unfriendly. The was radio blasting, lady at reception didn't seem to want to be there. The cleaning people were awesome as were the day time reception.

The property was being remodeled. Our room was on the river. There was a large deck over looking the river. Our room was nice, safe, and clean. The water pressure was great.

Check-in was easy, easy parking, a quiet location, and the room was huge and so very clean. I prefer a bed on the plush side, so it was great to relax on the king bed at the end of the day. I liked the older-style shower! - the water heated quickly and felt like a fall. I loved how close of a walk the hotel was to the beach, the easy walk along the river, and the view from my room balcony was gorgeous to see each day. Bonus!! for being welcoming to furry family members! I’ll definitely keep Coast at Seaside on my list when I visit the Oregon coast and will recommend to friends and family! (Try their saltwater taffy!)
