We only stayed one night as we were travelling around, but the room was lovely and clean with good beds. Breakfast was wonderful and it was good to be able to see the sea from the dining room. We will stay again when we're in the area!

We booked a last minute room and were pleasantly surprised how lovely and clean and comfortable it was. The bar area in the evening was relaxing and inviting. The breakfast area was hectic. There was a good choice of food and was lovely. The coffee was lukewarm even after we asked for a fresh pot. It’s easy walking distance into town. Overall, a good stay.

This was my second time using this property and whilst the first time was excellent this time wasn’t as good. The main problem was that we were ignored at breakfast and when we did get there attention and ordered they forgot to bring it to us.Also the toilet wouldn’t flush, the basin tap was loose on arrival and it took 2 days to get sorted.

A great hotel, staff were all lovely, had a dog friendly room which was clean and smart. Hotel caters for doggy people but also has separate areas if anyone doesn't like dogs. Essy to park, a short walk from the village centre. Breakfast was delicious and happy hour 2-4-1 cocktails were a bonus.

Excellent hotel and service, superb views, too.

The check-in was quick, seamless and the lass on reception was friendly, welcoming and helpful, telling us everything we needed and asking if we had any food allergies. The room was clean, no marks, dust, well presented and had all the amenities we required. The bed was clean, comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate and the views of the Farne Islands was incredible. The hotel itself was immaculate, well designed, good decor and the Eggs Royale for the cooked breakfast the next morning, which was included in the price, was delicious, with other breakfast items available, such as juices, tea/coffee (offered when you arrive), cereal, fruit, yoghurts and pastries. The hotel was quiet and in a good location close to the centre of Seahouses on the seafront. Free parking is included, too. I only live in Wallsend near Newcastle so I often visit Seahouses (nearby Bamburgh, Beadnell and Holy Island/Lindisfarne) 4-5 times per-year as it's a favourite of mine, but this was the first time I've ever stayed in Seahouses itself. I'm very happy we chose this hotel and we'd definitely consider coming back.
