Nestled in the charming Beach District of Seabrook Village, The Saltwater Shoal offers a perfect coastal escape. Relax on your many private porches as you watch ships sail by or enjoy stunning sunsets over the water.
The Space:
This spacious, family-friendly suite features 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, providing plenty of room for everyone. Each unit has it's own private porch and entrance! Just a short walk—across the bridge—to downtown Hampton Beach, where you’ll find fantastic restaurants, lively entertainment, and the bustling boardwalk.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house. There are 6 units in this house that all have their own private entries and outside sitting areas.
The Neighborhood:
The Saltwater Shoal is located in Seabrook Village - Beach District. We are surrounded by ocean. You can pick which beach you go to. Located in a quiet neighborhood, great for bike riding, walks, etc.
Getting Around:
Surrounded by beautiful beaches, you can choose your favorite spot to soak up the sun and sea breeze. With ample parking for up to 8 cars (4 on each side of the building), your entire group can arrive and stay comfortably.
Other Things to Note:
We have another smaller home right down the road on the opposite side of Hampton Beach called "The Fleet" which sleeps 14 if you need something slightly smaller!
