Comfort meets modern convenience with high-speed (1 GB) fiber-optic internet and fast WIFI throughout the home The three TVs each have 90+ channel DirecTV, and the living room TV is streaming-enabled via ROKU, offering Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Apple TV+, Paramount+, PBS Masterpiece (via Amazon), and PBS (KQED). The fully-stocked kitchen features quartzite countertops, newly-refinished custom cabinetry, and all the tools needed for anything from a casual breakfast to a wine-paired dinner.

Located within the Del Mar Landing Marine Reserve, the home is just a ten-second walk to the Bluff Trail that opens onto miles of rugged coastline featuring whales, seals, hawks, pelicans, deer, and other abundant wildlife. A six-minute walk brings you to the Del Mar Recreation Center, with its large community swimming pool, tennis courts, saunas, and gardens. Sea Ranch Golf Links is only a five minute drive, and Gualala’s shops, restaurants, and markets are only seven minutes by car. Walk-on Beach and Gualala Point Regional Park are both within two miles.
 
100% solar-powered, Seascape’s heat pump provides both central heat and air conditioning. Additional conveniences include a Bluetooth-enabled music streaming amplifier, washer, dryer, VOIP landline (free U.S. long-distance calls), a Level 2 EV charger (Teslas need adapter), and a backup battery to charge cellphones, etc. in the event of a power outage.
 
No smoking, no pets. Maximum four guests. Renters must be 25 or older; not suitable for children under 14 due to cliff proximity.
