Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel ! Ils n’ont jamais retrouvé notre réservation. C’est la première fois en 10 ans que ça nous arrive . Ils ont voulu me faire payer le double du tarif car pas de réservation. J’ai refusé ! Honteux ! Le parking est les chambres (vitres très très sales) des crachats par terre. C’est un hôtel où des gens y vivent à l’année dans de très mauvaises conditions. Ça sentait le tabac et je pense autre chose ! Les voitures sont défoncées ! La personne a l’accueil faisait comme s’il ne me comprenait pas . Je suis française et ça fait 18 jours que l’on change d’hôtel au gré de notre route. C’est la première fois que ça m’arrive. Je n’ai pas eu d’autre choix que de prendre un autre hôtel en urgence pour cette nuit la ! Trop insécurité dans cet hôtel ! A fuir totalement ! Il ne devrait même plus faire partie des choix d’hôtels.com

The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was suppose to be non smoking. The building looked like it was being upgraded at somepoint and the work stopped. Outlets were sukken into the wall. Tv olny had MLB station nothing else.

The place is a total wreck. Some of it may or may not be under construction but was definitely not in use and partially demolished. My room wasn't under construction, but probably should have been. Room came with 2 hand towels. That's all. And those were threadbare. Tub had a 3-4" area that had pealed off. 2 outlets in the room. So much for charging a phone. This is a negative star hotel.

Rooms need up keep and cleaned better. Also toilet stopped flushing and they didn't care. I like firm beds but this was hard as sleeping on the floor. Doing renovations and still let guest stay in areas where they are doing renovations some one could get hurt

The worst property ive booked. Entire hotel smelled like cigerette smoke. Sheets in bedrooms were dirty with stains. Manager changed my room 3 different times and all had same issues. Ended up leaving and booking another hotel nearby. Asked for a refund and Manager refused.

This place was extremely dirty, rooms lights did not work except 1, it smelled horrible. There was drug activity and felt unsafe. I walked back to the office and spoke to clerk 5 min after check In and asked for a refund. Clerk would not refund me the cost of the room. Very disappointed and unsatisfied!
