We have stayed here before and were very disadvantaged this time because the bath had no hot water to shower and the tub would not drain the cold water. Told the hotel and didn’t even get an I’m sorry or discount!

Front desk and breakfast staff were fantastic. Room was reasonably clean, but carpet was very old, stained and gross. Bed had THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE mattress I have EVER slept on! It felt like springs with cardboard on top, to the point it was actually painful to sleep on. I didn't get more than 20 min sleep at a time because it was so bad. Housekeeping didn't service our room, so we had to request and go down and get fresh towels and linens ourself. Pool was a bit old and worn, but was clean and very fun. Breakfast was good.
