Room wasn't cleaned after our first night. We weren't told that there was no daily service and it wasn't posted. Front desk said that they don't do it anymore unless requested. Ok now we know, we got towels and some more coffee and left. We went back to our room, we found that someone had been there and left a tip request envelope and when we turned on our TV the volume was cranked up. (Didn't come on loud by default). The room had not been cleaned in any way. We found this really creepy! The floor was dirty when we arrived originally. The breakfast was fine, if they would just maintain it! People had to constantly go up and ask for many things that kept running out. Overall, not a good experience!

We arrived early and they were very kind and allowed us to check in. The staff was very friendly. The room on the other hand was dated and not the cleanest. If you moved anything, there was sure to be dust and grime where it was located. Even a weeks old french fry down the seat cushion of the chair. So, I don't understand the rating they had prior to our booking there but I would give them a 2.5 - 3 points

Overall clean room. Very thin blankets, but i brought my own so it was still comfortable. Staff was nice. Stayee during snow storm. Parking lot was plowed at the beginning of the snow fall and then that was it while i was there. My 4 wheel expedition was able to get out but I was worried. I am a night shift nurse and stayed there because of the storm and having the parking lot plowed would have given me peace of mind to be able to sleep better knowing Id be able to get out when returning to the hospital for my shift. Hotel is nice enough. I enjoyed the free breakfast.
