Sympathy, Emotion of Barone house, villa with pool, sea view, free wifi

Simpatia is a first floor apartment, with an independent entrance; it is part of Emotions of the Baron house (announcement 8889003).
There are two double and one single bedrooms, tastefully furnished, fresh and bright, a bathroom and the kitchen-living room, from which you can access a panoramic covered terrace furnished with table and chairs.
In this apartment the visible roof made of cane and plaster was maintained, supported by large wooden beams. During the renovation, between the gypsum and the tiles, materials were added to increase the insulation.
To give continuity to this beautiful roof, the roof of the terrace was made with mats of Sicilian marsh reeds.
The villa is located in a quiet area, but not isolated. The look sweeps up to the sea and the landscape evokes feelings of peace and relaxation. It is also suitable for large groups who wish to spend their holidays together, respecting the privacy of each family.
The house is surrounded by the lawn.
The swimming pool (13 × 6) with a children's area completes the feeling of well-being. The barbecue makes us think of conviviality.
