Ein wirklich sehr schönes, neu erbautes Haus direkt am Mittelmeer. Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll . Drei Schlafzimmern mit Badezimmern, ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Sehr großer Garten mit Pool und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegemöbeln. Der Strand direkt am Haus ist ein Felsstrand, aber nach 500 Meter über einen Fußweg kommt man zu einem sehr schönen Sandstrand.
