I unfortunately woke up at 4am to discomfort in my shoulder, and soon noticed swollen bites on my arms. Upon further inspection, we noticed — and documented — bed bugs, with one crawling over the sheets. I will be requesting a full refund due the inconvenience and discomfort, though — I do appreciate the efforts of the lady at the front desk to try and make last minute room accommodations so early in the morning. Nothing in this review is a reflection of her, whose service was great. Again, a refund is requested as I did not bring these bed bugs and this is the first time I can recall having been bitten by them, and I hope I’m not taking any with me. Thanks

Ate alive.

Room had bed bugs. I did the standard checking the bed but did not see any evidence. But at 3 or so in the morning I woke up with several itchy bites and finally found one. I reported it to the front desk, they gave me another room but the damage was done I'm miserable and could not sleep.

The place was okay overall. The daily breakfast could have been better but they are next door to a Mexican restaurant which has good food.

We waited for about 30 minutes to check in because the lady at the front desk seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. My room smelled stale and musty. It didnt feel clean at all. Someone in the room next to me was smoking weed. I was locked out of the building at 11 oclock at night because I went outside and didnt know you had to have a key to re-enter through the front doors. I had no comforter on the bed when I arrived. I had to ask for some blankets which the front office found me some. When I got ready to leave the lady implied that I had taken the blankets. I was not impressed at all for paying 265 dollars for 2 days. Should have went to the Holiday Inn.
