Die Bergsteigerdörfer Schleching und Sachrang liegen tief eingebettet in den Chiemgauer Alpen, südlich des Chiemsees. Umgeben sind die Bergsteigerdörfer von einer lieblichen Voralpenlandschaft mit saftigen Wiesen, bewaldeten Voralpengipfeln und den typischen schroffen Gipelstöcken der nördlichen Kalkalpen. Verbindendes Element beider Orte ist der bekannteste Berg des Chiemgaus: der Geigelstein (1.808m). Schleching liegt am Fuße der Ostseite im Achental, Sachrang im Priental westlich des Berges. Das Gebiet rund um den Geigelstein zählt aufgrund der hohen Artenvielfalt zu einer besonders wertvollen Bergregion der Bayerischen Alpen. Bereits 1991 entstand daher das gleichnamige Naturschutzgebiet.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns noch einige nützliche Tipps zum Skifahren bzgl. Skigebieten gegen. Das Skigebiet war sehr familienfreundlich und gut zu erreichen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles notwendige war vorhanden. Der Empfang bei Familie war sehr herzlich und bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an sie wenden. Auch an der Lage gab es nichts auszusetzen. Im Ort selber war ein Geschäft für die alltäglichen Lebensmittel und auch an Restaurants war genügend Auswahl da. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und absolut weiterzuempfehlen.
