There are three aspects that make this property absolutely outstanding: 1. The view from the room is simply sensational. Sitting on the balcony taking in the beach and the sea is sublime. 2. The spa. Where do you get three large saunas and a pool? Very enjoyable. 3. The breakfast is top notch. It might feel a bit busy, but once you sit next to the window overlooking there beach, all is forgotten. The buffet offers all the trimmings and the omelette was just right.

Maritim at the promenade

Great location right next to the promenade, great views from most of the rooms. Great breakfast buffet. A place that seems to be preferred by older generations. If travelling by car avoid parking in the underground car park, it's expensive and there are other options close by.

Stay at the Maritim

I stayed for business, but the local area is very pretty and relaxing. The building works every morning at 8am weren't so great and the lack of air conditioning was a little troublesome, but luckily it wasn't too hot. Better pillows are definitely needed as I woke with a stiff neck most mornings.The decor is quite dated, but it does the job and is clean. The wifi is terrible, but the general area has pretty bad mobile service. Breakfast is great, the shower was always warm and powerful and service was always with a smile.

Great hotel and location - would stay again!

This hotel was great! Perfect location - right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Service was very kind and helpful. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. The room could use a few updates, but overall very clean and comfortable. The only real downside was construction is going on next to the hotel, so we woke early to sounds from the workers, but that's out of the hotel's control. I would definitely stay here again.
