Nice place, but grumpy staff with poor service

Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!

Good stay

Family style hotel-park, with lots of things to do for kids. Works for business trips too, as room had kitchenette that made it easy to cook, and big room with table, wifi suprisingly good, and a nice balcony.

Vacation at Weissenhaüser Strand

There were not enough parking lots. A great number of cars had to park outside the marked areas for parking. Furthermore, as the check-out time is 10:00, the check-in time should be earlier than 17:00. A very long line of people is trying to check in at 17:00, meaning that check-in takes more than half an hour

Möwen nachts viel zu laut. Dame an Rezeption kaum zu verstehen und nicht sehr kompetent. Zimmer gut, aber der Rest des Gebäudes mit dem ganzen Teppich in den Fluren riecht sehr modrig und sieht auch nicht sehr einladend aus.

Ferielejlighederne er slidte. Bygningerne er ikke pæne og indbydende. Desuden var lejligheden som vi boede i beskidt. Gulvet klamt og klistret, pletter på møblerne. Havde forventet at badeland var med i ophold. Det burde fremgå tyderligere af beskrivelsen. Badelandet var dog rigtig godt.

Rigtig god ferie, men manglede lidt info

Super god ferie sted for børnefamilien. Vi behøvede ikke, at kører rundt efter madvare, da der også er en fødevarebutik. Rigtig god ferie, vi manglede dog, information omkring hvilke aktiviteter der er. Når man kommer, kunne det være rart at få en plan over det, specielt når det er et sted man ikke har været før.

A lot of drunk adults among children in the afternoon and evening. No air-condition or fans in room, even with extreme temperstures. Noisy in the evening and night. Had booked 2 nights, left early in the morning after first night. Total disaster.

Enligt bokning skulle både djungellandet och vattenlandet ingå. Men det ingår inte ifall man bokar via hotels. Man måste boka vis weissenhausers egna hemsida isåfall. Detta finns säkert skrivet någonstans i det finstilta. Men väldigt lätt att missa det. Vi betalada lika mycket som på deras egna hemsida fast utan förmånerna.

Rigtig fint til børnefamilier

Fint ophold generet. God lejlighed i fin stand og god komfort. Dog var gulvet meget beskidt. Fint badeland med mange faciliteter. Optimalt sted med børn.

Inget vidare mer bra med bra för ungdomar.

Inget vidare men funkade en natt. 80tals känsla med gammal röklukt i väggarna. Bra ställe för sportlag som verkade vara populärt. Fullt med ungdomar. Stranden var bra men lik de andra Tyska stränderna. Obs vi använde aldrig badlandet osv så kan inte ge betyg på det.

Decent accessories, but expensive

We got an apartment in decent quality, clean, good accessories, but a little old. Around eating area there was many fun decorations, and good spaces, playgrounds, and an edeka. There wasn't enough parking spaces, so a lot of people driving around looking for space. We got breakfast which was more expensive than the dinner we got with drinks the night before. Seagulls were screaming all night long, the was frustrating. We will come back, but make breakfast in the apartment instead. Also music being played, that was nice.
