Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Vom Balkon und Schlafzimmer genießen Sie einen herrlichen Meerblick.

Topp Lage - sehr modernisierungsbedürftigt

Allen voran: super Lage! Tolle Aussicht. Allerdings ist die Wohnung stark modernisierungsbedüftig. Altes Bad, unfunktionale Küchenzeile mit sehr wenig Steckern (man kann Max. ein Küchengerät nutzen, da kein Platz ist), keine Ablufthaube über den beiden Kochfeldern. Erwähnenswert wäre: das es quasi eine komplett offene Wohnung ist - keine Tür zwischen dem unteren Wohn- und „Küchen“Bereich und den oberen Schlafmöglichkeiten. Das heißt es müssen alle zeitgleich schlafen gehen, da die Wohnung dadurch sehr hellhörig ist. Die Lampe über dem Eßtisch war nicht angeschlossen und auch an der Küchenteile gibt es keine Lampe, so dass man abends dort im Dunkeln sitzt. So sind dann auch keine Spieleabende möglich.
