Tina and Franco welcome you to their property La Tinaia, located on the hills southwest of Florence, 10 km from the historic center and just a few minutes from the tram that takes visitors to Florence.

Since 2000, we have welcomed guests and families from all over the world to our four well-kept, well-maintained, bright apartments with splendid views.

The apartment Il Bosco is located on the upper floor and enjoys beautiful views from all the windows. The architecture and decoration are typical of the region.

The apartment consists of a very spacious living room-kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which is located in the attic, and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. The apartment is very cozy and cared for in every detail.

This is the ideal place for those who want to spend a quiet holiday and discover the artistic and natural heritage of Tuscany.

The large garden offers outdoor dining areas, swimming pool, solarium and barbecue for shared use. For nature lovers, there are hiking and mountain biking trails.

Tour of Tuscany: in less than an hour you can reach the most important artistic and architectural heritage of Tuscany.

Peaceful stay in Tuscan countryside

We loved our stay with Tina and Franco at Farmhouse La Tinaia. The views were gorgeous and the apartment was spacious and perfect for our group. We enjoyed the pool, and the wine and olive oil produced on site were delicious.

The property was set in an idyllic location in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. As a bonus it was only 30 minutes to Florence. Luckily Tina could speak good English and gave us several good recommendations. We had fun trying to communicate with Franco with our pidgin Italian. They were excellent hosts and the accommodation met with our expectations. We would love to come back and plan to do so in the future.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad bij La Tinaia. Heel jammer dat ze gaan stoppen in 2025, we wilden eigenlijk alvast weer boeken. Je bent zo in Florence met het ov. Maar met de auto ook zo in bv Siena. We hebben ook heerlijk kunnen relaxen bij het zwembad. Een week was eigenlijk te kort.
