Carpet badly stained and holes in the carpet bathroom very small food bland and overpriced ($10 for gravy) even View De Monde in Melbourne doesn’t charge that much

The first room we were given had a shockingly dirty carpet. The second room was better but the whole place needs a lot of updating. The carpet is worn, the curtains have holes, the shower had mold and the refrigerator smelled horrible.

Room was a bit tired and run down . Hallowing of Wind was blowing through the sliding door , had to leave sliding door a jar to stop hallowing of the wind . Staying for 2 days thought they would have had more towels and toilet paper in room .

Unfortunately the power went out during storm whilst I was having a shower. No one informed us what was happening or let us know if it would be put back on soon. There were also no sheer curtains and I was on the bottom floor where everyone can see into the room. There were blockout blinds but they were too dark for daytime.
