The condo is located on a dirt side street, but don't let that deter you. The property is lovely and it is a 10- 15 minute walk to the bustling area of restaurants, shops and beaches. The main area of Sayulita is full of live music and people having fun, so we were happy to be in a quieter area. There are the normal roosters and dog noises at night, but if you have the air conditioner on you shouldn't hear much. The condo has two king beds and one queen bed, with each bedroom having an ensuite. We didn't watch any tv but if that interests you, there is a tv in each bedroom. We found the beds and pillow really comfortable. Drinking water is included and as soon as we let the manager know it was low, someone was at the door with a refill. There were just enough dishes for our group of 4 in the kitchen, but I suggested to the manager more dishes and containers would be appreciated additions.There is a great sitting area that is shaded in front of the condo, so it was easy to be in the pool and return to the shade. There is a washer and dryer in a room outside of the condo. It was convenient in these days of traveling with carry on only. We walked into main square area most nights for dinner and to enjoy live music. Our favourite restaurant was a 5 minute walk and very close to the condo, called Don Juan's. The condo location is great as it brings you to the bridge where you go left to Sayulita South or right to Sayulita north. You need to explore both sides!
