The good: - staff at front desk extremely nice and friendly - perfect location - nice bathroom - Molton brown bath products - Nespresso and water bottles - good bed and pillow The bad: - they had only one decaf left our whole 5 nights stay. Why not ordering some when they open the last box instead of when they run out of it? - no hot water (warm only) Saturday morning - destination fees justified by getting WiFi, 15$ off daily, free drinks and appetizer from 2PM to 5PM only. There is no pool, no gym but they still charge fees ?!?! Unless you plan to be at the hotel between 2 to 5PM you are basically losing money - room service was forgotten one day despite leaving the tag asking to do it from 11am to 10PM - finally, service (or I should say lack of service?) at breakfast was the worse I ever got with a young waitress definitely not bidding she was not happy to work there Again, front desk team is amazing but is it really a luxury hotel and will I ever stay there again ? Absolutely not. Was expecting more. Thanks!

Noa & Brice were phenomenal! Best experience ever!

Our stay at The Drayton Hotel Savannah, Curio Collection by Hilton, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and cared for in a way that truly set this experience apart. I would especially like to recognize Noa at the front desk and Brice with valet. Both went above and beyond in every interaction, ensuring that we felt comfortable, valued, and genuinely at home. Noa’s professionalism and thoughtful attention to detail made check-in seamless and every question easy to navigate. Brice’s kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth turned something as simple as valet service into a highlight of our stay. We have stayed at many hotels, but we have never encountered staff who were so sincere, welcoming, and dedicated to creating such a memorable guest experience. Thanks to Noa and Brice, our visit to Savannah was made even more special, and we will undoubtedly return to The Drayton Hotel because of them.

Great property, but noisy at night with trucks on the main road. If you’re a light sleeper, get a room in the back of the building. My only negative for this hotel. Staff are awesome! Food is excellent in the downstairs restaurant. Hard to beat sunset in the roof terrace.
