We have stayed here several timed over tge last few years. We love the breakfast. This time we did have an overcharge on incidentals. Unable to resolve issue via phone call. Eventually it was corrected but had to go back in person. A mistake they made righti. The long run.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Riverfront, restaurants and shopping all in walking distance. Location was great. Ice machine in refrigerator didn’t work, but bags of ice were easily available in lobby. Parking was $25/day and convenient. Would stay again.

Busy area, can be noisy, even at night due to traffic outside, but it’s right near the river and in one of the best locations. Beds were comfy and employees were super nice!

The property was great and we enjoyed our stay. We did have a problem with our kitchenette sink leaking and they do not have maintenance staff on the weekends. There was no way to remedy the situation so the front desk staff just laid a bunch of towels down. That was our only complaint.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and kind. They were quick to offer suggestions about dining and asked many times if we needed anything. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby area was updated and fresh. The rooms could certainly use a refresh, but they were clean and there was plenty of space. I would reccommend Staybridge Suites and will stay there again.

The stay itself was convenient to downtown area. However, my stay concluded with a parking charge even though I had parked my vehicle in a “public” parking lot. When I called to inquire of the additional $25 charge for parking the associate of the hotel had absolutely no desire to resolve my question. Instead she thought it was a reasonable thing to escalate the situation. Telling me I don’t follow rules (mind you her rule referred to) is if you bring your parking ticket from the public lot, I can save you $5. Meaning if you present your public lot ticket, the hotel will charge $25 instead of the public lot rate of $30. I left my public lot ticket in my vehicle and when I checked out I didn’t want to have to walk back in to the hotel so I decided to pay the public lot ticket cost of $30. She simply refused to refund my $25 and even said this sounds like a you problem and hung up on me. I called their corporate customer service line and was told someone would reach out to me within 48hrs.?? And to believe after spending right at $800 to stay for one night they would respond this way. Not a good experience at all. No resolve.
