The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. Our room was on the corner of Bay and Lincoln so it was very noisy. The carpet coming off of the elevator on 2nd floor is disgusting. The room was ok but could use some TLC or updating.

Savannah riverfront.

This hotel is a fantastic find for riverfront. Whole not directly on the riverfront, it’s across from a staircase/ramp directly to the riverfront. Only drawbacks, we were on the first floor facing Bay Street - lots of traffic Noise and rhe room seemed humid. We enjoyed social hot on Wednesday (should extend this to Thursday at least) and the breakfast was better than most hotels.

The staff was not only friendly and helpful, but went out of their way to please every customer. Not only did they offer a free breakfast on select nights they offered a free reception, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
