Staff was excellent, very knowledgeable and courteous. Rm was a nice little suite with all the amenities. Breakfast and nighttime hors d'oeuvres were excellent. Downside of stay is that the hotel is on a main thoroughfare and the street side rm was a bit noisy. Great location to historic Savannah

Staff was outstanding. All of the ladies were sweet and smiles for us. The room was clean and all details covered, but bathroom door doesnt open because the toilet is in the way. There was also a discrepancy with the parking situation and unexpected costs

The staff is absolutely amazing. Every single person offered a smile and genuine greeting. The breakfast was fabulous and the room gorgeous! I can't imagine staying anywhere else when in Savannah. Excellent stay in Savannah! Staff was warm and welcoming and room was very clean. The riverfront shops and restaurants are directly across the street so very convenient for a single traveler to enjoy a wonderful dinner out!
