Staff was courteous, friendly. Lobby was beautiful. Room was nice upon entering, but there are stains on the couch, and everything is mounted crooked. The sink mirror, both TVs, and another picture. Just a bit odd. My main complaint is i booked this room to accommodate 6 people, noting that the room says it sleeps 6, two queen beds and a pull out couch. Only to find the pull out couch is only a single bed. When i asked about it, the attendant only said it's meant for small children, and they didn't have anything else that could accommodate us. So my fully grown teenage kids had to be creative with sleeping arrangements. Thankfully we were only stopping for one night.

Very nice stay. Breakfast was decent but very limited. Potatoes were not edible. Staff was wonderful. Room very clean and comfortable. Room was too quiet though and there was no way to keep the fan on the AC running. It got a tad warm.

Room didn’t have a hit, it was 39 degrees outside, plus I paid hotels.com when I did reserved a room , hotel charged me the fee also when we checked in They told me they will keep the money for 4-5 business days and will refund it to me, first it is a nonsense, if I paid already yo hotels.com…… Second why they have to keep my money for 5 days???????

The staff were nice and very welcoming. The rooms were super clean and very modern. Huge fan of the TVs being a smart TVs. Only issue I had with our room, one of the night stands did not have any outlets to plug in my charger for my phone. There is the cut out for it but it did not have it. Not something that ruined my stay, just something that I think is worth noting. The hotel is located right off the interstate which is nice and the parking lot is well-lit and I felt safe there. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.
