The room was not in good condition. We were in room 127. There was dust everywhere. One of the wall sconces was missing a shade. There was a missing picture in the bathroom. The television screen had black lines running through them. There was mildew in the shower, underneath the handicap seat. The faucets and door handles all had rust. These issues did not affect the stay, as they were all cosmetics, with the exception of the mildew, however, it speaks to the lack of attention and drop in quality that I have come to expect at hyatt place. The staff were very friendly. I did not bring these observation to their attention, since I was only there for a few hours. We checked in pretty late and were checking out pretty early. After a long day of traveling it was not worth the fuss. This room appeared to be a room that isn't used often, which might explain the numerous oversights.
