Just...........Fabulous!!

My husband and I have stayed at The Hotel Indigo in Savannah several times, we would never stay elsewhere. Everything from the valet service, the front desk personnel, maids, dining staff, etc. were wonderful. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a distinctive historic feel and elegant decor. The location on Bay Street is right in the middle of the Historic District, perfect location to everything Savannah has to offer. We would never stay anywhere else!! We highly, highly recommend!!!!

I gave this property five stars, because it’s a very pretty hotel, in a great location, and the staff was exceptional. However, if I were to stay here again, I would have to ask for an inner room - while the view of the river was great, the noise throughout the night from Bay Street was overwhelming. No sleep at all. I’m not sure how much different it would be in an inside room, but I’ll give it a second chance, only because of the previous things listed.

Warning: very high fees

I never would have stayed there if I had seen on your website all the additional charges. It should be available without digging through all the rooms. Also they had no bell service and very few carts. The person checking me in couldn’t care less. We had lots of bags and luckily our kids helped us out.
