The location was perfect but the room left me out of my room for over 20 min and made me loose my Christmas dinner reservations because they didn’t have enough people working !!! The phone to call the front desk on the 5th floor doesn’t work.

I could not check in! The hotel was not booked . I was charged for a room at this hotel that I could not cancel but it was not booked and I had to pay for another room . There is no way to call and talk to customer service to fix this either. I had to pay for a room twice. I will never use Expedia again and I will warn everyone!!
