The check-in experience was poor. The hotel's stated check-in time is 3 PM. We arrived to check in around 6 PM, and yet the room was not ready, and we had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes. The front desk staff was nice and apologetic about it. The main door to our room was hard to open and close because the automatic door closer kept getting stuck in the middle while closing. The Wi-Fi was spotty and kept going in and out. Everything else was good. The overall experience was okay, but we expected more.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was exactly what we needed. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The gentleman at the front desk was especially friendly and provided excellent customer service, he really made us feel welcome. My husband and I just wanted a simple one-night getaway from the kids, and we’re so glad we chose to book here. It was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the free breakfast in the morning—it had a good variety and made our stay even more convenient. Free parking was also a big plus. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again!
