The property had paper thin walls. We could hear the guests next to us talking and laughing and kids crying. It was very hard to sleep. Our phone didn’t work. Couldn’t tell if it was plugged in because the furniture was too tight to check behind. The bathtub was not draining properly from the first time we took showers and we had standing water all throughout the shower. In addition, the soap dispenser was as broken in the shower. The first morning we had to get out of the shower to get soap from the wall dispenser next to the sink. That was inconvenient. We ended up buying a bar of soap at CVS. The room was clean, and the staff was nice.

Our stay was great. The hotel was very clean and every member of the staff went above the expectations we had. I highly recommend this hotel. We especially enjoyed the location in regards to the riverside area with all the restaurants and bars. The only downside was, without realizing it, our stay coincided with st Patrick holiday weekend, everything was packed. I would highly recommend this hotel and location to anyone wanting to be in this area.

It was a great stay here. Very clean and friendly staff. There is so much to do right around there that it was super convenient to go eat somewhere and walk around to explore Savannah!

The location was perfect, the room was clean, staff was kind and helpful. The toiletries were not very nice-smelling, and there were not many amenities, but for the price, I would most definitely stay here again!

The stay was fine. My checkout wasn’t. I payed a higher rate than I was quoted. Although I protested nothing was done to resolve it. The manager stated she would contact Expedia and call me back. She did not. I called the next day and left a message. Call was not returned. This was the first unpleasant experience I have had with a booking with Expedia.

I liked the refrigerator microwave and large tv screen. The room was small for 2 queen beds and only 1 chair to sit on. Lamp bey bed had a short which caused 1 light to flicker. Bathroom mirror area not well lit. Street noise on lower floors is loud——many trucks screeching their brakes. Hotel is convenient for restaurants and local shuttle bus.
