The actual hotel was clean and pleasant, the breakfast was very good, as was the rooftop pool and hot tub; but the front desk staff and valets were incompetent and rude.
First, it took the front desk forever to check me in- initially into the wrong room; secondly, they checked us out on the wrong day, causing our room to be cleaned out of some of our things, then they messed up our room keys, and were rude about all of that the entire time.
Then they didn’t tell us that their parking fee was actually a valet service- causing us to pay extra money and unnecessary inconveniences.
The valets hovered over us and rushed us out of our car whenever we arrived, one even insisted that we couldn’t access our own car without them getting it for us, and took long amounts of time to retrieve it.
Also, the concierge messed up our dinner reservation by making it for the wrong night and we almost couldn’t get dinner.
In short- don’t book this place through a third party, don’t get the valet service- park your own car, and don’t bother with the concierge- do your own research into dining options.
