Room was clean, staff pleasant. What they could do to improve would be to be blunt and honest with parking. Make it abundantly clear the options. 1. Least expensive - meter street. 2. Mid-cost option - near by parking garages. 3. On facility Valet - $48 and up. That is very expensive for someone staying overnight. Make the parking situation clear in marketing to manage expectations.

Our room was on the street side and was horribly noisy. Other options to Valet parking was not mentioned and was a huge expense added to an already expensive room and tipping. With that said, room was nice, staff friendly, valet folks very personable and timely, breakfast was very good.

The hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to all destinations from. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and personable. We were able to check in early and they held our bags for us on check out. Clean, rooms were comfortable. Would return and would recommend.

Water from the shower didn’t drain properly & ran onto the bathroom floor. The hotel didn’t do anything about this safety issue except bring me extra towels to soak up the water on the bathroom floor.

We always stay here at New Year’s, the concierge has great knowledge of the city and wonderful suggestions, pleasant staff, easy check-in, rooms are always comfortable and clean, in a busy city somehow it’s quiet inside so we sleep well, close to River Street and all of the restaurants, good breakfast in the morning, and even the small bar for some adult beverages!
