Pros: The apartment is very walkable to the historic district, and the streets are quiet at night, so you can sleep peacefully without much nightlife noise. I loved being able to walk to restaurants, squares/parks, the riverfront, and all the beautiful historic homes nearby. I also found myself walking around the corner for ice cream quite a few times. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a quieter neighborhood while still being close to the main attractions.Parking was also surprisingly easy when I rented a car on two different days. Street parking is only 1/hour and free on Sundays, which made driving around very convenient.I stayed here for 5 days and appreciated that the apartment included the basic essentials for a trip — dish soap, a laundry detergent pod, bowls, utensils, knives, scissors, cups, paper towels, bath towels, and pillows. The keypad/code entry also made it easy to come and go.Their customer service was very professional and accommodating. The team was incredibly sweet and even offered to switch us to another unit if my mom had difficulty with the few stairs to the apartment. She ended up being completely fine, but it was thoughtful that they offered without us even asking.Cons: Since it’s a historic building, sound travels quite a bit. From the farthest bedroom, I could hear upstairs neighbors walking, talking, and using the stairs. The Wi-Fi signal was also weak in that bedroom, so the TV and internet occasionally cut out.
