The room felt incredibly unsafe! There was a gap under the door i had to out towels at because tou ciuld see slap in it... i.coukd hear WVERYTHING AND COUKDNT GET ANY SLEEP.
It takes time for the staff to replenish the food or even start serving. The fruits were overripe, a certain section is locked, coffee was cold.

For a wellness-themed hotel, it is anything but. Aside from the massive check-in failure (I waited over a hour for a room; the lobby filled with at least 4 parties, including me, who were all told their room type wasn’t ready yet), this hotel brand is far off the wellness mark.
1. Harsh, single-mode bathroom lighting
→ No circadian sensitivity, no wind-down support.
2. Audible, force-slamming doors
→ Design failure. This alone disqualifies a hotel from any “wellness” claim.
3. Paper-thin walls / audible conversations
→ No acoustic privacy = no mental rest.
4. Unannounced room entry (even if procedurally allowed)
→ Breaks psychological safety, especially after a failed check-in.
The room was big and very clean. The breakfast was very good. Made to order. The parking was reliable , so far so good!

The room was not Ready when we arrived and they even told us that it wouldn’t be ready by 3:00, when we came back an impaired room with a lot of problems was assigned to us, at the end it all worked great thanks to the general manager assistant bit the first impression wasn’t the greatest
Overall, the experience was good. The staff were friendly, though they did not appear to be well trained. The building and amenities are new and clean; however, the quality of daily housekeeping could be improved.
To be more specific, based on my experience:
Room cleaning seemed limited to changing towels and emptying the trash. The bed was not made, and the room was not vacuumed.
The open shelves were visibly dusty upon our arrival. As a result, I had to wash all the dishes and clean the shelves myself.
While waiting for the elevator, a staff member arrived with a trolley of towels and entered the elevator without offering it to us or saying anything. This was surprising, as I had never encountered this before.
The room and hotel are very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They allowed us an early check-in. The location is not that close to Forsyth Park as advertised (15-20 minutes by car ... not walkable). It also takes around 20 minutes by car to get downtown. It's convenient to the Oglethorpe Mall.

Friendly staff, clean, and new hotel, and the room was super nice and bed was so comfortable. The breakfast is made to order so expect a wait if you want omelets, pancakes, french toast etc. but there were also cereal, yogurt, and pastries options. The gym was also nice with weights, music playing, some weight machines, and elliptical/treadmills. I would definitely stay again.

The room was beautiful, and the staff were so genuine and helpful. Definitely plan to stay at this property again.
I had higher expectations based on the reviews when booking. The common areas were scuffed up like the doors to the rooms. Not a huge deal, but not resemblance of a 9.4 rated hotel. Once in my room the toilet was not flushed and the sink was backed up. They were easily remedied by flushing and opening the drain, but definitely made we concerned about the attention to detail regarding the cleanliness of the room.
