The area was great for shopping and restaurants. However a couple of the customer service representatives need a little etiquette training. But from the behaviors of the staff I can only assume that the manager is okay with his or her staff eating at the front service desk while they talk on the phone and check guess in. And then the next day there was another staff member at the front bar on the staff side eating away. They both were visible to all guess as they walk through. Which is one reason we chose to eat elsewhere not sure of the proper food handling if other etiquettes aren't required. Maybe certain job etiquettes aren't required anymore as things have changed; I guess we need to more careful as to which Hilton hotel we choose. BTW what happened to only eating at your lunch break? Oh I forgot to mention how long I stood there before she acknowledged me when we checked in. Maybe it was because I walked in right as the phone rung however she still never said just a minute I will be with; no she continued to chew as she talked on the phone. And then her or I should say someone's food delivery showed up as I continued to stand there and she still didn't acknowledge me until she received her food delivery and finished chewing whatever she was munching on.
