We really enjoyed our stay! Just a heads-up: breakfast isn’t replenished, so it’s best to get there early—later on, there’s not much left. There was no juice, only coffee and water, and no housekeeping service.

The phone in our room didn’t work. I couldn’t get a wake-up call. Four towels and two washcloths were in our room in our reservation we had four people front desk lady was extremely overwhelmed. People were fighting over who parking. For the price we paid I expected a working phone and a towel for each person. Not the best experience

I’m giving one star because parking was an issue. We gave Make model and color of vehicle and paid for parking and our car was towed. the hotel called to tow our car because we didn’t put a piece of paper on the dash board even though our space was empty at 7 am. Our neighbor’s car was also towed and his car space was also empty. When checking in there was a commotion because a costumer’s reservation with extra vehicles was not correct. We drove long ours with kids looking forward for a good night and next morning we had to pay $175 to get our car. The stuff was indifferent to our problem. They really need to improve their parking system, very annoyed. The minimum they should have done is to reimburse our parking.

The location is the best part of this hotel, and would not stay here for more than one night. The room was not old but clearly in need of repairs and deep cleaning. The door knobs were falling off, the bathroom door didn’t close. The lamp shades had stain evidence of having had bed bugs.

The staff is kind of unfriendly. Waffle batter (and so many things) run out during breakfast, and kept us waiting for so long to refill. When I asked when would the batter be back, the staff told me “don’t say anymore” with annoying face, even if this is the first time I asked after 10-minute waiting.

The location of this hotel is excellent and very convenient. However, my experience with the room was disappointing. Although the room initially appeared clean, there were several issues that affected my stay. The closet was broken, I found open soda cans left in a corner of the room, and there were cockroaches present. Additionally, breakfast was poorly managed, the coffee machine was broken with no alternative offered. While the location is a strong positive, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room need significant improvement.
