Hot tub and play room were fine.Blinds in several rooms need updating pull cords frayed or twist rods missing.Host quickly delivered toaster and electric can opener that were missing.There were plenty of bathroom and bedrooms for my 14 member family, overall everything was fine

This is a beautiful property but really needs some TLC. The owners have obviously put a great deal of thought into providing the amenities but, I wonder if they are being apprised of or have seen the condition of the lodge recently. Perhaps they have and already plan to address some of the issues in the Spring. We appreciated the lovely Christmas decorations, the firewood being delivered and the hot tub being warmed and ready to go. There was plenty of room for our party of ten. The young adults made good use of the game room and fire pit. Communication with the concierge was quick and very pleasant.

This house was CLEAN!! The beds and linens were comfy and nice Lots of bathrooms so no worries! If you want to escape the family - you can do that! Great kitchen - refrigerator upstairs and downstairs at the wet bar. Great living room and beautiful deck. Safe, excellent parking. Communication with the property managers was quick, easy - very responsive. We had a wedding with the entire family and friends. Everyone loved it!

Lots of space, great location!

Spacious house worked well for our family of 9 adults and 5 children. The location is great for visiting State Parks, hiking, zip-lining, etc. The kids loved the game room! The kitchen was well-stocked so we were able to prepare all our meals there.

Annual Adults Only Getaway

The property was nice. Plenty of space for a family and/ or friends to enjoy. All amenities stated were available. We were able to check-in earlier as requested. The master suite on the main level can can be extra hot. There were lady bugs and stink bugs throughout the house. The trash receptacle was not emptied before our arrival so it was overflowing when we left. All-in-all the stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

Wonderful and comfortable venue for large family gatherings. All the details were well thought out, everyone had their own space and bathrooms, the gathering spaces were fabulous, including the Jacuzzi, the patios, the fire, pit, etc.. we loved being so close to Helen and other activities. We especially enjoyed the details of the holiday decorations also.
