The house was absolutely perfect for our little wedding getaway. It was spotless when we arrived and fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay so comfortable and stress-free. The view was truly beautiful and added such a special touch to the whole experience. It felt cozy, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for during such an important time. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate!

Our experience was excellent, easy communication with the host. The home is a warm inviting place with everything we needed. We stayed for a Robotics competition at LSSU. The home was a few miles away, good location. We would like to come back and stay here again.

Great location. It snowed a good bit when we were there the host did great with snow removal they kept a path cleared to the backyard, the front sidewalk and driveway were clear. The house was stocked with all the essentials and was clean. Loved the backyard and it felt really private. Would recommend to other.

The living room with lots of comfortable seating and an amazing view was our favorite space! The river was beautiful at all times of day and it was so cool to see the freighters going by, early morning in the fog was my favorite. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few snacks in the washer and dryer were easy to use. The property is just the right distance outside of town, close and convenient, but still a little removed, slice of peaceful paradise on the river. We have a child in college in Sault Ste. Marie and definitely plan to come back to this property!

Wonderful home right on the St. Mary River, so we saw freighters go by on their way to the Soo Locks. Clean, organized, and tidy. The only thing we did not like was the small human size furry wolf in the corner of the kitchen as you walked in the door. Very creepy! We put him in the closet during our stay. Inside very clean but outside of house had lots of spiders and webs, only reason for reduced stars on cleanliness. Enjoyed our stay! Very convenient to Soo Locks and Agawa Canyon Train trip.

My family and I visit every year. This is by far the best stay yet. Freighters not far from the back door. Not in the city but close enough to be very convenient. Very homey, comfortable. The only negative, some of the towels in the bathroom could be replaced. They were really thin. Overall, very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place near the river. The location was peaceful and offered beautiful views, making it a perfect spot to relax. One of the highlights was watching the freighters and other boats pass by—it was surprisingly fun and added a unique touch to our visit. We found ourselves frequently checking the marine traffic app to see when the next vessel would come through, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone who loves being close to the water and watching river traffic!

Excellent house on the St Mary’s River, saw many freighters go by. Location is excellent as it is close to downtown also for great restaurants and the locks. Spotless house, well-cared for. Would like to return again.host is very good at communicating.Highly recommend.
