This home is located in a quaint fishing village. Mostly mobile homes. A taste of old Florida. There is a boat ramp nearby. On site there is docking for several boats, as well as a covered space with lift for long term guests. There is a fish cleaning station on the dock. No fish cleaning is allowed in the property. Internet is supplied as well as a stack washer/dryer. Ample kitchen supplies, and an icemaker. Driving to St Augustine and the Atlantic Ocean is an easy day trip. Salt and Silver Glenn Springs are within easy reach either by boat or car. Corky Bells seafood also is a great choice.
