We recently stayed for one week at this condo. Locating it, checking in and communication with the host was very easy. The condo has a fabulous view of the ocean not only off the balcony but throughout the main living area and master bedroom. Everything was clean, and we found the kitchen very well stocked as compared to other rentals we’ve done.The only thing we wish had been different is the ability to use some leftover supplies from prior guests. For example, plastic wrap, tinfoil, baggies - you need to start from scratch for these types of supplies. We’ve been to other VRBO’s where these items have been left behind if there was still some left after the prior departing guest.Otherwise everything was great.

So Many Unexpected Memories Made

This was probably one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Not only was the condo in a perfect location and a great fit for our family, and the host was excellent with communication, but on our first night we were lucky enough to see a rocket launch right from our balcony. We also got to see sea turtles every night, coming up to nest, crabs, and dolphins all right outside on the beach. We stayed in the first week of July. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t talk about it be about it! You won’t regret it!

Excellent location and very nice, updated unit. Direct access to the beach and right on A1A with good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Host is very responsive. Building is a soft V-shape. So you can see other people’s balconies across the pool. Just a warning for those who can’t handle that. It was not an issue for us. A few K-Cups to get you by on the first morning until you can get to the grocery store would be nice.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Beach views from balcony were amazing, as were shell hunting, boogie boarding, and sand. Pool was huge and heated for kids when we needed a break from the ocean. Directly across street from Dunkin, Publix, movies. Pull out couch was even especially comfortable.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property was the perfect stay for my family for a week to escape the cold and gloomy NY weather. My husband and I, and our kids (7, 4, and 7 months old) all had an amazing time. Their favorite part was collecting sea shells on the beach. I read a couple reviews beforehand that mentioned the shells but I didn’t realize how many shells. If your kids like looking for shells, this is the place to go. The tide does come up very high to the wall at certain points of the day, and was something I was concerned about prior to booking. But it was fine! When it was high we either went in the pool, took a much needed break or nap in the room, or accessed the beach from another location. There was not washer/dryer in the unit, as listed. The ones on the floor worked just fine. Quarters needed to use. If you want to be near the ocean, you can’t get much closer than this place. The beach was not crowded at all, probably the biggest plus for me. We visited a local playground one day attached to a beach and noticed that it was packed! Made us even more grateful for our paradise beach club beach. Unit supplied all the towels we needed, bath and beach. Beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs were also in the unit. No beach toys. But there were some left behind outside for anyone to play with. There’s also a dollar general within walking distance and also Walmart easy drive. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, Dunkin right across the street. The big kids enjoyed walking over every morning with.
