Nicht empfehlenswert

In dieser Ferienwohnung haben sich alle unwohl gefühlt. Die Bilder der Buchungsseite entsprechen nicht ganz der Realität. Das Schlafsofa ist total fleckig und man muss aus dem Koffer leben da es kaum ausreichend Stauraum gibt. Für 4 Personen deutlich zu klein.Das Bad ist beengt.

Tolle Lage, aber unterdurchschnittlicher Unterkunft

Die Lage der FeWo in der Altstadt von Sassnitz und fast direkt an der Uferpromenade war sehr gut. Der Zustand der FeWo an sich war für unseren Anspruch aber ungenügend. Es wurde scheinbar nicht besonders gründlich staubgesaugt und das Badezimmer roch muffig und in den Fugen der Dusche hatte sich Schimmel gebildet. Es gab nicht ausreichend Klopapier oder Mülltüten für eine Woche Aufenthalt. Die Polstermöbel waren stark abgenutzt und z.T. voll mit Tierhaaren. Der Garten hinter dem Haus gehört allein den Nachbarn und man darf sich dort nicht aufhalten, den Hinweis hätten wir gerne vorher bekommen.

Gut für einen Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage vorzuweisen. Allerdings muss man sie erstmal finden, da die Hausnummer hinter einem Lebensbaum versteckt ist. An sich ist die Wohnung schön und sauber, mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Es gibt staubige Ecken und das Bad, insbesondere die Dusche, könnten eine Sanierung vertragen.
