Upgraded room

They upgraded our room to a jacuzzi suite which is what we wanted initially but they weren’t available at the time of booking so it was perfect that we ended up with the suite.

The hotel is my go to hotel when I’m going on a flight . It is convenient, clean and the staff are very nice. There is a restaurant, a bar plus the swimming pool so it’s everything a person needs..

It was a great location, downside was there was no control for AC. Opened the window fully no screen and no safety latch....not great for smaller children, being on the 8th fl. But the staff and facilities were awesome...would definitely stay there again!

Easy to find parking, clean and quiet considering how busy it was. Room card keys didn’t work when I first got up to the room but quickly was reprogrammed. Later the keys weren’t working again. That would be my only complaint.
