When we pulled out our sofa bed for our kids to go to to bed, it was filled with crumbs, hair and hi chew candy wrappers , husband went down to front desk immediately and they gave us a new room, they were very kind and gracious and the next day after speaking to the manager they had compel

The room was very dirty. Smears all over the curtains, bathroom dirty, the fridge propped up wiith a cleaning sponge. When brought to the attention of the manager, they were very cooperative and found us a new room. This room was a little better, but this time with as mold and musty smell and visible mold on the baseboards of the bathroom. Again, management was cooprative and found us a new room. Although staff was very cooperative, frindly and helpfukl I would not recommend this hotel based on it's facilities and lack of cleanliness.
