I think the motel May have changed hands as they have decided to shut the air conditioning off during the Winter and there is no way to cool the Room down unless you open the window and the Hotel is directly across from a truck stop.. extremely noisy…recommendation … turn the air conditioning back on, it is not expensive enough to lose a frequent customer over…

The pool was freezing and the hot tub was warm not hot. When I asked the front desk if they could turn the pool up, they said no that they keep it at 80 degrees Fahrenheit and I said it’s definitely not 80° in there. The beds were super uncomfortable, and they kept sliding off of the frame. There were only muffins for breakfast. We had hoped there would be at least bagels or another option.

The rooms themselves were quite clean and the beds were very firm memory foam so very comfortable if you like a hard bed. What I didn’t like was the property did not have a continental breakfast. It was coffee and muffins brought over from Tim Hortons next-door, which is fine, but it was advertised as having breakfast. I guess I should’ve looked into that more and the other thing that I found extremely inconvenient was before they released my $200 deposit. We had to wait in the lobby while the guest agent went up to check our room for damages. This is apparently a motel six policy that the rooms need to be checked before you can leave. So if there’s six people waiting to check out, you all have to wait until every room is checked. Nowhere in the booking did it say that the guest agent would be checking rooms before you could check out?

Quick overnight stay

The hotel is good enough if you're just coming in and leaving the next day. It had everything that you needed to have. The only issue I had with cleanliness is that there was several hairs on the counter in the bathroom when we got in there. It wasn't our hair. The toilet was clogged and in general just could have used a little bit more cleaning. Service was good. Good location for why I was there. Breakfast was limited and considted of a muffin, 2 choices of cereal and a coffee.

Concert hotel

Double room was quite small but functional. Lighting in room is terrible however, and no fan in the bathroom. Hotel was loud but as there was a concert at Sasktel Centre, we expected that. Hotel has crazy air freshener going in lobby, very strong. Other than that, room was sufficient and staff was friendly. Would stay again.

Room was to be expected, bed fairly comfortable. Issue was with heat, it was 99°f in the room after we returned from our event. This issue was attended to quickly but not really solved, had to sleep with window open and an mobile air conditioning unit loud all night to keep the room cool. No where else to be moved as all rooms booked due to event. Gave us $30 off for inconvenience.

I've had better stays in Saskatoon.

Good location, affordable. But very noisy. The doors all have a slit underneath and you can hear everyone at the front desk, in the hallway talking loudly all day and night. It made it really hard to sleep. I was on the first floor so the people above me were stomping around which I'm guessing means there is no insulation between floors. My room looked clean but I kept finding long blonde hairs stuck to my socks which made me feel like it wasn't vacuumed. Front desk service was nice, and they provide 24/7, water, tea and coffee. Morning they have cereal and muffins. If you need minimalist place to stay, this could be a good choice.
