Property was in a quiet area. Staff was nice and they actually had stairs I could use as I do not use elevators. Only thing I did not like was only one point of entry. No back door. I would stay again.

The bed and pillow were so uncomfortable, my husband couldn't sleep and called the front desk at 1:00AM, was told that they couldn't get other pillows as housekeeping was off. Why staff or manager wouldn't have access? They didn't even try to help or offer other options. My husband didn't sleep the whole night - worst experience given that we paid for the full price and drove up the day before his training so he could have a good sleep. Extremely disappointed for their customer service and quality.

I stayed at this hotel in September 2025 and, unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience. My first night in Room 408 left me with multiple bed bug bites. I reported the issue to the front desk and was moved to another room on the same floor, but I had to insist on being moved to a different floor for my peace of mind. While the staff did relocate me, the fact that there were bed bugs at all is unacceptable for any hotel. Bed bugs not only cause discomfort but also raise serious health and cleanliness concerns. I was left dealing with itching, lack of sleep, and the added stress of worrying about bringing the bugs home with me.

Close to the airport and main ring road for access to the city. Enjoyed my stay here, the room was older style but it was clean, comfortable and the AC was strong. Would definitely stay again

The front desk weren’t the greatest. My students who were down for the weekend mentioned they had a terrible time with front desk communication. Repetitive requests by the front desk, then students would accommodate only for the front desk to again, not take the propped information down that they said they needed. This causing frustration and then avoiding the front desk all together. One experience was over the phone, Friday evening. Around 9pm. The front desk guy talking soooo fast then you could hear his cell phone in the background ringing and he was more interested to get off the phone to go to his cell phone. Then went describing an issue with reservations he was too lazy to help. Because of the cell phone going off. Disappointed in the service which is the absolute most important experience of the stay is the front desk staff. Beginning to end. I won’t be using this property again for my next group of students.
