Room was great. Amenities were great. Nice hotel. Clean. Good variety breakfast. Check in was annoying, staff asked unnecessary questions and gave weird reasons why they were needed questions. They would not allow me to use my best western rewards because the two rooms I personally booked under my name were paid for with my partners credit card in their name. Otherwise a great stay
