Below the Black Forest High Road at an altitude of just over 700 m, the vacation apartment is located in the Brandmatt district of the Kneipp and climatic health resort of Sasbachwalden. Between mountain and valley, it is an ideal starting point for eventful excursions, hikes or tours by bike/mountain bike or motorcycle. Small and large circular routes for all invite you to enjoy beautiful hikes. There is a spacious swimming pool in the beautifully situated complex. The sauna in the same building can be reserved through the janitor. In addition to an outdoor table tennis table, there is a spacious lawn with a large barbecue area, which can also be reserved through the janitor. The Kneipp pool at the lower end of the grounds is a refreshing way to cool off after a sunny day. A games console is available in the apartment.

The Ortenau region, known for its great gastronomy, exquisite wines and numerous delicacies, leaves no culinary wishes unfulfilled! The restaurants "Schwarzwaldperle" and "Grüner Baum" are located nearby.

The friendly and familiar atmosphere in the entire Brandmatt Terrace Park invites families as well as couples, the young and the young at heart to relax and discover the Black Forest and its many attractions. There is a paragliding launch site about 750m away with a wonderful view very close to the Brigittenschloss.



The apartment is not suitable for small children due to the balcony railing, which is a listed building.
